45 minutes waiting in line on the phone for the Swedish migration board.  The 90 seconds long phone call.  No decision made.  First name last name available at 1:00 PM.  Like every other day.  But this time - after 45 minutes - I got an e-mail address!  First name DOT last name AT migrationsverket DOT se.  Who knew?
